Yes. Place your order here for pickup or delivery when the selected restaurant and service are available. Available times and any order minimum are shown during ordering. Your order is sent only after you confirm it in checkout.

No. You can order as a guest by entering your name, email and phone number, plus your address for delivery. My Wok is optional. If you have trouble signing in, you can continue as a guest.

Yes. Open the bag and choose Edit on that dish. Check your options, quantity and updated price, then save. Different versions of the same dish stay as separate items.

Enter your full street address and building number, then select the matching address suggestion. The store checks delivery coverage and shows the serving restaurant, delivery fee and minimum order. A city name alone is not enough. If delivery is unavailable, choose pickup.

Collect your order at the restaurant you selected for pickup. Check its name and address in your order details before confirming. For delivery, the serving restaurant is assigned after your address is checked.

Available pickup and delivery times are shown during checkout. Check the time in your order confirmation. Preparation and delivery estimates can vary with the restaurant, address and current demand.

When the selected address includes a postal code, it is filled in automatically. If it is missing, enter the correct five-digit postal code for that address. Check the address and postal code before confirming your order.

Open the dish to see its available choices. Required choices are marked, and paid extras update the price. Only the options offered for that dish are available.

Where a dish offers a spice choice, select the level in its options. A mild option does not mean the dish contains no chilli. Ask the restaurant if you need more detail.

Check the allergen guide and speak to the restaurant before ordering. The guide is based on menu descriptions; extras and sauces can change allergens.

No. Vegetarian dishes can contain allergens. Rice noodles also do not establish that the whole dish is gluten-free; sauces, other ingredients and preparation must be checked.

For pickup, pay in cash or by card at the restaurant. For delivery, pay in cash when your order arrives. Card payment for pickup is made at the restaurant terminal; the website does not charge your card online.

The total includes your dishes, quantities and paid extras, plus delivery where applicable. The delivery fee and minimum order depend on the address and serving restaurant. Review the final total in checkout before confirming.

Order updates are sent by email and SMS. SMS messages cover receipt of the order and readiness for pickup or departure for delivery. Restaurant acceptance is confirmed by email. If an order is cancelled, the cancellation notice is sent by email only. For questions, contact the restaurant shown in your order confirmation.
